I travel full time and this place has the best customer service from every single staff member. I have never seen such a remarkably team of people working together. Stayed here almost 2 months. They are exceptional.

Brand new hotel just north of US30 on E side of town. I was there on a business trip, with a good corporate rate, and the place was a good value. Bed, bathroom, TV, Internet were all fine. Didn’t use the kitchenette, but it looked like it would serve well. Morning breakfast was adequate +, with the usual cold and hot fare. I was there on a weekend with lots of kids there for sports events, so the breakfast staff was hit pretty hard with demand. Glad I was there when breakfast first opened. I’d certainly stay there again at the corporate rate. There may be better values if paying full freight.

If you're travelling alone on business, this hotel is heaven. Long list of pros: Easy parking. Key card access from every side of the building. Rooms are generally smaller than the Residence Inn brand, but they have all the amenities, and if you're a solo traveler it feels more like you're staying at a friend's apartment than in a hotel room. This is a new property, less than a year old, so everything works and there are no signs of wear and tear. The front desk staff here is among the best I have encountered anywhere, even among five-star hotels. They're happy to help you get your Bonvoy points even if you book with a third-party service. That doesn't happen at every Marriott property. It has a bar (open from 5-10), which is great because I don't use the fitness center or the pool, two things it also has. The rooms are tastefully decorated (see photos). The television is a huge top-notch LG model. The wireless internet setup works flawlessly. I travel with three devices (phone, laptop, tablet) and I consider myself lucky if I can get two out of three to connect without using a hotspot. No problem here. Everything works flawlessly. Housekeeping is apparently scheduled for every day, a rarity since COVID. Most Marriott properties have housekeeping every second day. Outlets and USB charge points are everywhere you'd expect to find them, and some places you wouldn't. I had to search for cons, but there are a couple: Under-cabinet LED counter-top strip lighting in the kitchen has several segments (itself a rare thing to find)—one of them didn't work. This is quibbling. Most people wouldn't notice. The water pressure in the shower was low and the hot water was somewhat slow to arrive. The work area, which is otherwise very nice, does not have a desk lamp. Use your GPS or favorite mapping app to get here. It's not easily visible from the road and there is no signage. Access is from one side road without a traffic light off of the state highway. Overall, everything smells great, looks great, feels great and works great here. It's also cheaper than the Residence Inn line (at least in my experience—dynamic pricing in this day and age sometimes makes comparisons impossible). This particular property punches way above its weight. I'm coming back.

Super friendly staff. Very clean facilities. Clean but small pool with provided towels but no showers. Rooms are comfortable with a small but full, neat, and organized kitchen with a dishwasher. Bathrooms in the rooms are nice but not a lot of storage. Provided bathroom toiletries are nice. Breakfast was very good with options for everyone including picky kids. One downside was that we needed 2 rooms for 5 people and they were not guaranteed to be next to each other and there's no option for them being connected as advertised on hotels.com. would stay here again

Brand new hotel that opened Mother's Day weekend 2025. Staff is new and still figuring things out but are very kind. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Hotel is very clean. Bartender Jerry is great and gave free small sodas to the kids from the bar. They don't yet have their liquor license so they are giving out cards at check-in for all drinks but you didn't have to turn in your cards when you got the drinks. Several guests in the lobby loved the free booze as a result. Indoor pool was very clean and workout room was well stocked and modern. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Only weird thing is the location of the thermostat in the room. It's hidden behind the right wall light sconce. It took us awhile to find it.

Maya the FO manager is great and hospitable , she is guest focused and she is assets for company. Besides that hotel is clean and brand new. I must say everyone should choose this hotel to stay.

New hotel, complementary breakfast, heated indoor pool, small indoor Bar with access to a nice outdoor deck, full laundry room with several washers and dryers, exercise room. 2 computers with full Internet access. 24-7.

I recently enjoyed a two-day stay at the Fairfield TownePlace. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the decor and the overall cleanliness of the establishment. The room itself was impeccably clean. Having stayed in numerous hotels, I often feel the need to tidy up upon arrival, but I was delighted to find that no such effort was required, as both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Furthermore, the entire staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious as well.
